PROJECT GREEN SCREEN
To showcase the functionality of BlackBerry's new X10 smartphone we put it in the hands of guerrilla filmmaker Robert Rodriguez. We asked Robert to shoot an 'unfinished' short film with green screen elements left for fans to fill in.
The film was released online and using social platforms Rodriquez called upon his fans to star in the movie, design a weapon, and create a kick-ass monster.

Staying true to Robert's Grindhouse roots we created Two Scoops, a film about two gun-toting, ice-cream selling, monster slayers. ( why not?)
We promoted the project in film magazines, online forums and we even cut a cool trailer to kick things off. Over the space of two months, I and my partner flew back and forth from Robert's home in Austin Texas. Judging the fan entries and documenting the making of this unique film.
We're massive fans of Rodriguez, so having the opportunity to work alongside him and watch his creative process (even co-writing the script for Two Scoops) was a dream come true.
